The disc in the selected drive is not compatible with this version of the software. You should have recently received an update set of data discs through the mail. Please register your new discs following the instructions in the envelope. The process is simple and should only take a few minutes to complete.
Check the version of the program by looking at the lower right hand corner of the program screen. The version should match the DVD/CD disc you are trying to register.
Scenario 1:
The Data DVD/CD being used is too old, use a version that matches the correct program version you installed. Look on the left-hand side of the DVD/CD to identify the version.
Scenario 2:
The version of the data disc is newer then the program version that was installed. Locate the red REP/EST installation disc and insert. Follow the on screen prompts to upgrade your software.
