Open internet explorer, click on Tools, Internet Options.
Click on the Security Tab, Trusted Sites, then the Sites box.
Add either the http://www.OnDemand5.com OR https://www.ShopKey5.com sites (as applicable to your subscription).
Take the checkmark out of the box that says “require server verification”. Click Apply and then OK.
Re-start Internet Explorer and everything works again.
