UPDATE: Go to http://www.managerfiles.com and run item #18 (number subject to change) - the vspell.exe. Please note that shop mgmt program should be closed before running it.
Solution 1:
Rename Vspell32.dll, Vspell32.ocx and vspeller.hlp to Vspell32.old, Vspell32.old and vspeller.old.
Then copy Vspell32.dll, Vspell32.ocx and vspeller.hlp from the Management install CD to the C:\Windows\system32 directory. Uncheck 'read-only' box and checked archive on each file. Then restart the computer, run spellcheck and it should now report "Spell check complete".
NOTE: If the field fix doesn't work it will be necessary to re-install Manager as shown below OR call tech support.
Solution 2:
Rename Vspell32.dll, Vspell32.ocx and vspeller.hlp to Vspell32.old, Vspell32.old and vspeller.old.
Then reinstall Manager to write a fresh copy of spellcheck.
