F12 Profit Wheel Does Not Work

Symptom:

When user clicks on the Check Profit button from the Order screen or press F12 key, nothing happens. Secondly, during the installation of the Management software they may receive an error saying, "Graph32.ocx failed to self-register or unregister, The Specified Module Cannot be found".

Versions Affected:

Manager/Manager Plus, Shopkey Service Writer/Management (all versions).

Solution:

  1. There are multiple files that are linked to this module, not just graph32.ocx that needs to be copied.
  2. Close the management software
  3. Download and install the file http://managerfiles.com/graphs32.exe 
  4. Restart the management software
