Handling PerformanceReporting Issues

Data uploading requires that your computer be left on overnight with access to the Internet.

If the date listed at the top of your daily KPI email report is not today's date your email report will not be correct. This is mostly likely due to your data not being uploaded. The reporting upload monitor will be restarted when your computer is restarted. If you continue to experience data upload difficulty after performing a restart of your computer and waiting one day, please send an email to PerformanceCenter@mitchell1.com to request a "reporting reset."
