Mitchell 1 Quick Answers

The PerformanceReporting login is the same as your other Mitchell 1 products. Your original Mitchell 1 password was sent to you with all lowercase letters, but it is possible that you've changed it to contain uppercase letters. If you've changed your password to include capital letters you'll need to use the exact case in your PerformanceCenter login. First try logging in using all lower case letters, or by using the exact same case that you may have changed it to. Your PerformanceCenter log-in is the same as your other Mitchell 1 products with one important difference. PerformanceReporting log-in enforces the case-sensitive rule.
